One place for STUSEC billing and refund information. Guard payments are completed through Creem’s hosted checkout.

Checkout and charges

Viewing prices or contacting support does not authorize a charge. Payment is made only when you complete checkout on Creem.

Before you purchase

For refund questions, contact support@stusec.tech with the product name and order reference. We have not announced a trial or a money-back guarantee. If a specific refund period is important to your purchase, contact us to confirm the applicable conditions before paying.

No automatic renewal

Guard Personal and Household are one-time payments for 1 year of use. There is no recurring subscription to cancel and no automatic renewal charge. Continuing beyond the license term requires a new purchase.

Unexpected charges

Email support@stusec.tech with the product name, purchase date and order reference if you believe a charge relates to STUSEC. Do not send full card numbers. We will need to verify the transaction before advising on next steps.

Payment processing and rights

Guard payments are processed through Creem. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment provider, not a separate off-platform payment. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are not limited by this notice.

STUSEC Guard

One-time payment

Personal costs USD 29 for 1 PC and Household costs USD 59 for up to 5 PCs, excluding applicable taxes. Both cover 1 year of Guard with no automatic renewal. Email support with your Creem order reference for a refund enquiry.

The current browser tools do not collect payment or create a subscription. There is therefore no tool purchase to refund.
